MS Electronics & Electricals Industries Pvt. Ltd. ("MS Factory Group", "we", "us", "our") is a manufacturer of LED street lights, flood lights, solar street lights, high mast poles, high bay lights, panel lights and COB lights, based in Tilottama, Rupandehi (Butwal), Nepal. Our products carry RETS (NEPQA-2015), ISO 9001:2015, CE certification, NEA approval, and "Made in Nepal" (Swadeshi) status where applicable.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party.

• Listed prices exclude applicable sales tax/VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Wholesale, dealer, and tender/bulk pricing is available on request by contacting us directly.

• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or specification errors on the Site.

Submitting an enquiry or order through the Site constitutes a request for quotation or purchase, and does not guarantee product availability or final pricing. All orders are subject to confirmation by MS Electronics & Electricals Industries Pvt. Ltd. For government and institutional tenders, supply is governed by the specific tender contract and specifications agreed separately.

6. Warranty

Our products carry a manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 to 5 years depending on the product line) against manufacturing defects, as specified at the time of sale. Warranty claims are handled through our factory in Tilottama, Butwal. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or voltage/electrical conditions outside the product's rated specification.

To the extent permitted by law, MS Electronics & Electricals Industries Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products, beyond the value of the product supplied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
